Refund policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unworn: The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Tags Attached: All original clothing tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, wash, or missing original tags will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at nicollelegacyboutique7074 with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
